Hapi, the Maori word for hop, inspires this truly Pacific pale ale. Brewed with New Zealand barley and the best of the Kiwi hop harvest, Motueka, Wai-iti, Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin. Assertively hoppy - exceptionally drinkable. Sessionble in strength, bright golden in colour and loaded with generous quantities of aromatic New Zealand hops. Very friendly indeed.

Marion Street, inner city saison, a style of beer from a simpler time, lovingly recreated for the new urban world. A base red ale is brewed and then with a nod to an ancient brewing technique known as 'Stein Bier', the beer is passed through a giant hop back containing rocks, super heated in a hard Manuka wood fire to over 500c. Finally, the beer is given an additional pass through a hop back stuffed full of whole cone Nelson Sauvin. The end result is a beer with rich juicy jam and toffee sweetness from all those caramelised sugars, layered with distinctive lush hop aroma. An old world brewing technique meets new world hops.

It's an ice cold, clear classic. Volkspark Pils, German style lager bier. Brewed using only pure water, the finest pale malt and noble hops, then fermented with a German lager yeast strain. Cold aged for clarity, it pours with a dense white foam and a sweet, clean malt palate balanced with crisp bitterness and a delicate hop aroma. It's a beautiful day for the park.

Garage Gold release - Five years in the making. Good things come to those who wait, Hazy IPA loaded with a harvest fresh crop of NZ02, the first variety to come out of Freestyle Farms x Garage Projects' Hapi Research hop breeding program. Luscious layers of passionfruit icing, lychee and strawberry, blended with juicy sun ripened nectarine and peach. Well worth the wait.

It's Maths 101, Garage Project and Green Cheek style. 2+2=5, a massive synergistic mash up of hop and grape aromatics, blending Southern Cross, Idaho 7 and fat stacks of Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with a huge hit of Phantasm Sauv Blanc powder. The result is a swirl of gooseberry, pineapple, tropical jasmine, Raro fruit and just a touch of what their friends at Green Cheek refer to as the 'Devil's Lettuce'. Definitely a collab that's greater than the sum of its parts.
